Warranty, Exchange and Returns
Warranty Policy
We are pleased to offer our customers a 180-day warranty. If your jewelry breaks due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace or repair it where feasible.
Please note: Warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal use and wear.
If you experience any issue with your jewelry, please contact us via email at aymee@aymeelove.com to clarify the problem and obtain approval for shipment and repair/exchange.
Defective Products:
Customers are entitled to a replacement, exchange, or full refund if the product is found to be defective within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
Exchange Policy
At AYMÉE, we are dedicated to ensuring 100% customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality products. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it or return it for store credit, subject to the following terms:
Exchange Policy
• Items can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Items must be in their original condition, with complete packaging, and in unworn condition (not worn longer than needed to try it on, nor used, stained, or damaged).
• Exchanges are allowed only once per item.
• Items purchased using store credits or gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
• The exchange value will be based on the price at which the item was originally purchased.
• The price of the new product must be equal to or higher than the product being exchanged.
• Any shipping or delivery costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer. AYMÉE is not liable for lost packages en route to our warehouse.

Return and Refund Policy
• Refunds are issued as AYMÉE Store Credit in the form of a digital gift card valid for 1 year.
• To initiate a return, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order via email at aymee@aymeelove.com or through chat.
• Returned items must be in their original condition, with complete packaging, and in unworn condition (not worn longer than needed to try it on, nor used, stained, or damaged).
Additional Exchange & Return Guidelines
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product has a production defect. Once shipped, you must provide us with the tracking number.
• If an item is determined to be used or tampered with, you will be notified via email within 7 days of its return.
Processing Store Credit:
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 7 days in the form of a digital gift card.
