Aymée has double quality control system that means that each product passes 2 rounds of detailed quality check: one after production and another one right before the shipment.
We also work with the best photographers to provide you with high quality clear pictures so that the product that you receive looks absolutely same as what you see in our online store.
However, we grant you the opportunity to return your product for a refund or exchange* .
To do so you have to contact us within 7 business days from the day on which you receive your order* via e mail to clarify the problem and get approval for exchange and shipping.
Product should be sent back to us in its original and complete packaging and condition (not worn longer than needed to try it on, nor used, stained or damaged).
You must take responsibility for the return shipping costs of the product (unless the product has production defect). When shipped you must provide us with the tracking number.
If an item is determined to be used or tampered with, you will be notified via email within 7 days of its return. You will be granted the option to pay for its return to you. If you do not reply or refuse to make payment for its return to you, the item will be held for 30 days and then destroyed.

*We won’t accept any returns if you don’t contact us and get approval for the shipment from us via e mail.

*Exchange is possible if you:  • chose another size of the same ring model
                                             • chose another color of the same model

*Refund and Exchange won’t be considered if you contact us later than within 7 business days from the day on which you receive your order.
